1) What are your rates?
Our rates are subject to availability and special events, however we do remain comparable to our neighboring hotels.

2) What kinds of rooms do you have?
We have non-smoking and smoking rooms. Some rooms have king beds and all of our other rooms have two double beds. We do have one suite per availability and request that is equipped with a full kitchen and living area, and one bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom area.

3) How far in advance do I make reservations?
Because of our location, we book quickly with special events, so please be sure to call as soon as you are certain of your dates and room requests.

4) Do you specialize in group rates and events?
We have an experienced staff that deals specifically with group rates and event discounts. From athletic groups, family reunion and wedding parties, our staff will work to meet your specifications and make your guests feel as comfortable as they would at home.

5) Do you have a meeting room?
Yes, our meeting room is furnished for 30-40 people. If you are looking to set up a seminar or just to gather friends and family together for a small social event, our staff is ready to make reservations and provide your hospitality.

6) Do you have a pool?
Yes, it is one of the largest in the area. It is equipped with plenty of lounge chairs, and table seating to provide you with a warm welcome to the Florida sun. It is not heated.

7) During Race and Bike Week, do you have parking for trailers?
Yes, we have parking for trailers. However, we always caution that our guests should be courteous towards each other and only take the spaces necessary for parking.

8) Do you provide continental breakfast and what is on it?
Your continental breakfast is free and includes: coffee, milk, juice, three kinds of cereal, mini muffins, bagels, oatmeal, and available fruit. It is set up to serve yourself and is provided between the hours of 6 am to 9am Sunday through Monday.

9) Do you have efficiencies?
No, we do not. However, we do provide micro-fridges and in-room coffee makers in each room.

10) Are you in a nice location?
Yes, we are. With Stetson University right outside of our window, and downtown Deland just a few short blocks away, we are located on the main street of Deland- Woodland Blvd. Deland prides itself on keeping true to historic times; clean streets, courteous people, and everything within your grasp. Grocery stores, restaurants, department stores are all located within a mile of our facility. You should not have any problems in finding your way around our beautiful city of Deland.
